It is only Tuesday, Aug. 8, and we have just come across the worst segment national sports punditry will bequeath to us for the entire month. FS1’s Colin Cowherd was doing something about what former first-round quarterbacks drafted in the last decade can and can’t win Super Bowls. Lo and behold, his graphics team literally put the late Dwayne Haskins as one who can’t.

Cowherd prides himself on prep, but he and his staff mailed it in like Tony Romo calling games.

Haskins died tragically a little over a year ago while he was starting to turn it around in Pittsburgh.

Like, what are we doing? What the f**k are we doing? I am Taylor Twellman-ing myself to the point of insanity over in The ATL right now. I know that is has been such a long offseason, but be a got dam professional… Haskins was a college football star at Ohio State and has so many friends across the league from his days in Columbus, Washington and Pittsburgh. Get a freaking clue!

I may have long hair and I may rock a sweet backwards hat on occasion, but this is the epitome of dips******g buffoonery at its highest level. This is the type of behavior I would have expected out of a doofus NFL owner, but not the greatest voice in sports talk radio ever. I would be completely embarrassed to be associated with The Herd With Colin Cowherd right now. Like, what the f**k?!

Historically, Cowherd doesn’t handle death well on his flagship program, but who has eyes on this? This isn’t a way to get ratings, but rather a way to get people to tune out even more. Going with the first-round quarterbacks label to start with just shows they are losing touch on the sport they cover the most. So, so, so many starting quarterbacks right now were not even first-round picks.

If there is any positive from this, we can remember how good Haskins was while at Ohio State…
